Cascades 10 is our annual festival of fresh new works by Pacific Northwest playwrights. These original 10- minute plays encourage the involvement of the community by bringing together local playwrights, directors, and actors.
Submission guidelines:
- All plays must be submitted to Cascades10@cascadestheatrical.org or through our online form in PDF format to be considered.
- Plays must have a completed script and be stage ready; works in progress will not be accepted.
- Plays previously submitted will not be considered for selection.
- Playwrights must live in Oregon or Washington for works to be considered.
- Playwrights may submit more than one play.
- Children’s plays will not be permitted.
- Cast size may not exceed 4 persons.
- The maximum length of play is 10-12 minutes.
- All plays are to be minimal blackbox sets.
