“PLAYS OUT LOUD” CTC’s and Deschutes Public Library’s Collaboration!<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cascades Theatre is collaborating with Deschutes Public Library<\/a> for a new program called \u201cPlays Out Loud\u201d that is available to the entire community of Central Oregon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cascades Theatre is happy to announce that we will be joining forces with the Deschutes Public Library to begin our PLAYS OUT LOUD program! We will read upcoming scripts from CTC\u2019s 2024-2025 season as well as ideas from you, as participants and playwrights. These readings will be a part of the Deschutes Library\u2019s monthly theme. Scripts will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*** Plays Out Loud is hosted by Deschutes Public Library, not by CTC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below is the schedule of meeting times. Important note: All of the following events are 5:30pm – 7:30pm at the Downtown Bend Library at 601 NW Wall St (**except December\u2019s!)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

601 NW Wall St<\/td>		Helen on Wheels<\/em><\/a><\/td>We are happy to have local playwright, Cricket Daniel to read and discuss her play, all about a woman having to change her lifestyle due to circumstances that may happen to any of us.<\/td><\/tr>

601 NW Wall St<\/td>		Grand Horizons<\/td>We will read CTC\u2019s upcoming show GRAND HORIZONS<\/strong> which will open on February 14. 
We read the play then, you can go see the performance!<\/td><\/tr>

601 NW Wall St<\/td>		The Mousetrap<\/td>What better play to read than Agatha Christie\u2019s THE MOUSETRAP, which will open at CTC on March 28. 
We will read this longest running play and you can go see this show at CTC!<\/td><\/tr>
