Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds. However, If Cascades Theatrical Company cancels a performance for any reason you may exchange it for a later date for the same production. If we cancel the entire production, we will refund your money.

Exchange Policy

Must call 24 hours in advance of show.

If you cannot attend a performance for any reason, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, if you contact us at least twenty-four hours before the originally ticketed performance. If an exchange to another performance of the same production is not possible, we will credit back your account the same value of the tickets purchased.

Patrons may exchange their tickets without any fee. Failure to notify the box office at least twenty-four hours in advance of the originally ticketed performance will result in the forfeiture of tickets.

Inclement Weather

The refund and exchange policies detailed above apply in cases of inclement weather. If dangerous, snowy/icy road conditions prohibit ticket-holders from attending a performance and they notify the box office at least twenty-four hours in advance of the scheduled start time, they may move their seats to another performance date of the same production, subject to availability (exchange and upgrade fees may apply). Failure to notify the box office in advance of the originally ticketed performance will result in the forfeiture of tickets.

Flex Pass and Gift Holders:

If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, we will give you a credit back to your current season flex pass but you must call within 24 hours of the show date.

This is one of the benefits, along with discounted season tickets.
